CPC Summer Camp 2022
ONLINE REGISTRATION STATUS
1st, 2nd & 4th Grades are FULL (Waitlist Accepted)
Dates 7/05/22 (Tuesday) - 8/12/22 (Friday), 6 weeks
Eligibility Entering 1st grade - 6th grade in September 2022
Time 9:30am - 3:00pm (Mon-Fri) Doors open at 9:15am.
Course Content Worship, Reading, Writing, Mathematics (with NYS certified teachers), Special Activities, Friday Trips
Lunch will NOT be provided. Students MUST bring their own lunch/snack/water bottles. Nuts of any sort are NOT allowed for lunch/snack. Water can be refilled at the water purifier dispenser.
Tuition $1,000.00 (Sibling Tuition Rate: $900/sibling)
($100 Discount per child for Registered CPCNY Members *Registered CPC Members are church members who have completed CPC membership training)
We accept payments via Venmo and personal/bank checks only.
$200 non-refundable deposit (per student) within 5 days of registration must be paid to complete your registration. If the deposit is not
received, your registration will be cancelled.
Complete tuition must be paid by April 30th.
If you cancel by May 15, 2022, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel by May 31, 2022, you will receive a 25% refund
There will be no refunds or credits if you cancel after May 31, 2022.
If the camp must shut down due to COVID, we will give refunds as follows:
If the camp is shut down before July 5th: 100% refund
If the camp is shut down during week 1-2: 50% refund
If the camp is shut down during week 3: 25% refund
If the camp is shut down during week 4-6: No refund
